Return Process

  Securely pack the keyboard and all included accessories in their original packaging to ensure the product remains undamaged during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
